DIGITAL CARICATURE ARTIST - TRADITIONAL CARICATURIST
Mark was born very young. It was immediately apparent that he would grow up to be an artist and that there is nothing that can’t be used as a canvas.
Mark grew up in Calgary, Alberta Canada. Painting and drawing were continuous passions and led to the pursuit of an Arts Degree. Upon receiving his BFA from the University of Calgary in 1991, Mark began freelancing as an illustrator for ad-agencies, restaurants and other clients.
While most of Mark’s work remains commercial in nature, there is almost always a painting on the go at the side of the studio - a still-life or landscape painting of a favorite fishing spot.
Mark resides in Calgary, Alberta with his beautiful wife and three kind-of-amazing kids.
